nnko Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definitions and Applicability

In these terms, "platform" refers to the nnko website, mobile site, and all associated services. "User" refers to any person who has accessed or registered on the nnko platform.

1.2 License to Use

nnko grants the user a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes. Under this license, users may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use any content from the platform.

No person under the age of 21 may use the nnko platform. If nnko confirms that a user is a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds on the nnko platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Deposits should be credited to the account immediately. If there is any delay, please notify the support team.
• The name on the payment method used to deposit must match the name on the account.
• Funds from third-party accounts will not be accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

All transactions on the nnko platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The user is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or duties on winnings.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

nnko offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Example 2: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus — total balance ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The following wagering requirements apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit amount).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Winnings from certain games may not count toward wagering calculations.

5.3 VIP Program

The nnko VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback and special benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity. nnko reserves the right to change VIP terms and conditions.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

nnko reserves the right to cancel any bonus if bonus abuse is suspected. Bonus abuse includes:

• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Placing low-risk bets to avoid bonus wagering requirements.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses in a coordinated manner.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

nnko believes in fair play. All games on the platform use Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and impartial.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets in the sports betting section:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a special cash-out option is available).
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet, nnko reserves the right to void that bet.

6.3 Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost or a technical error occurs during a gaming session, nnko will determine the outcome of that round based on server logs. nnko is not responsible for issues caused by the user's device or internet connection.

7.1 Fraud and Cheating

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain a gaming advantage.
• Any attempt to defraud the platform's systems.
• Unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Use of fake identity documents or false information.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Hacking, viruses, or use of malicious code.

If such activities are proven, the account will be closed immediately, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

7.2 Unacceptable Conduct

Disrespectful, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other users or nnko staff is completely prohibited. Such behavior in live chat or other communication channels may result in the account being suspended or closed.

8.1 Data Collection and Use

nnko collects, stores, and processes users' personal information solely for the purpose of providing platform services, verifying identity, and ensuring security. Information is not sold to third parties.

10.1 Account Closure by nnko

nnko may suspend or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.

• If money laundering is suspected.
• Operating multiple accounts.

Depending on the reason for account closure, the balance will either be returned or forfeited.

10.2 Account Closure by the User
